Setting up an NBFC Company: In 2020, I spearheaded the establishment of Rupitol Finance Pvt. Ltd., a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), with a focus on providing financial solutions to individuals and businesses.

  • Company Registration: Successfully navigated the intricate process of registering Rupitol Finance Pvt. Ltd., ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and legal frameworks.

  • Company Compliance Management: Implemented robust compliance management systems to uphold regulatory standards and mitigate operational risks.

  • Recruitment & Team Building: Led the recruitment and team-building efforts, handpicking skilled professionals aligned with the company’s vision and values.

  • Branch Expansion: Strategically set up nine branches within a year, expanding the company’s footprint and accessibility to clients.

  • Employee Management: Selected and effectively managed a workforce of over 200 employees, fostering a culture of productivity, collaboration, and professional growth.

  • Productivity Enhancement: Implemented innovative productivity management strategies, optimizing the performance of all employees to achieve organizational goals.

  • Loan Portfolio Development: Orchestrated the creation of a diverse portfolio comprising secured and unsecured loans, rapidly scaling it from inception to a remarkable 40 Crores within the financial year 2021-2022.
