I also offer coaching and mentoring to HR professionals looking to improve their skills and advance their careers.
I identify emerging trends and best practices, and share their insights with others in the field. I also advocate for change in areas such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and talent management.
Overall, I provide guidance, support , and thoughtful leadership to HR managers which will help them to increase the productivity and retention of employees in their organization.
